Welcome to Fine and Vine!

This is my first post. I am so excited because Friday's are dedicated to fabulous food finds, it's an open book who knows where the path will lead us. The one thing I can almost guarantee you is that it will always be mostly healthy, most definitely gluten-free and either lactose free or as close to it as possible. I have to admit it's hard to be lactose free with chocolate and I do cheat occasionally when recipes call for butter.

So today I'll start with a "Friday Six Pack".

What is a Friday Six Pack?
It's full of fabulous foods that I have either tried or will most definitely try after the post. I'll mark each item as to whether I've tried it or not and give you a review. I will also point out some health benefits and a link to manufacturer.
